I currently accept out of pocket payment for services and have multiple insurance contracts pending. I never want cost to be a barrier for those seeking therapy, so please reach out to discuss the option of a sliding scale rate, dependent on availability and financial need.

I offer the following discounted cash pay rates for therapy sessions:

  • Individual Therapy: $195 per 45-55 minute session

  • Relationship/Couples Therapy: $225 per 45-55 minute session

  • Family Therapy: $225 per 45-55 minute session

Insurance rates for therapy sessions are:

  • Individual and Family Therapy: $255 per 45 - 55 minute session

  • Please be aware that couples therapy services are not typically reimbursable through insurance and are available through self-payment only.

  • I currently have multiple insurance contracts pending. Until those contracts are settled, I accept cash-pay. There are some benefits to paying out of pocket including the ability to set frequency and durations of session, as well as no diagnostic requirement. I completely understand that cost can be a barrier for many folks seeking therapy. For that reason, I have a limited number of sliding scale slots and can approve dependent on availability and financial need.

  • Your insurance plan may allow you to utilize out-of-network benefits. You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at the time of service, however I will provide a monthly super-bill for you to submit to your insurance company. for reimbursement. Typically, insurance companies reimburse at the individual plan’s rate.

  • I understand that life happens and cancellations are occasionally needed. In order to provide the best care for my clients, I require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule our appointment. If you no-show our appointment, or do not cancel or reschedule within the required timeframe, your full session fee will be charged to the credit card on file and is not covered by insurance.

  • I currently see clients via Telehealth in Oregon, California, and Washington. Please let me know if in person services are preferred, as my ability to provide in person services will be based on need.

  • I am committed to transparency and ensuring you have a clear understanding of the costs associated with my therapy services. In compliance with the No Surprises Act, I provide a Good Faith Estimate for all self-pay clients and for those not using insurance.

    What is a Good Faith Estimate?

    • A good Faith Estimate is a written document that outlines expected costs of services. This includes details of services provided, estimated number of sessions, cost per session, and any additional fees.

    Please not that all Good Faith Estimates are as accurate as possible, but are also an estimate. Actual costs may vary based on specific treatment needs. However, if your final bill exceeds the estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute the charges.

    Ultimately, a Good Faith Estimate should help you make informed decisions about the therapy services provided. If you have any questions about your estimate or my fees, please don’t hesitate to ask.

  • While I am committed to supporting you in sessions, it’s important to note that I do not provide on-call crisis management or continuous support outside of scheduled therapy sessions. If you are experiencing an urgent mental health situation outside of session, I recommend the following:
